The Role
Our Inside Sales/Pricing Executive position provides an excellent opportunity to join our growing company and expanding sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and accurate quotations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing structured sales strategies to meet our company objectives and agreed sales targets.
- Identifying new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiating and closing contract agreements with potential customers to increase revenue.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM software.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, ensuring effective customer relationships.
- Staying aware of industry and customer sector trends to ensure we are reactive and proactive to changing market environments and opportunities.
- Providing feedback and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to the sales management team.
- Participating in sales training and personal development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accuracy and timeliness of pricing quotations.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Quote conversion.
- Efficiency in managing the sales pipeline and CRM updates.

The Job:
As our Import Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing our client's supply chain requirements. You need to absolutely LOVE customer service. - Working in the export operations team providing best in class customer service to several key clients in a multitude of industries.
- Delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions with the support of our bespoke IT systems.
- Liaising with ocean carriers, transport companies, overseas offices, and partners.
- Preparing and completing Import Customs Declarations, Documentation, and requirements.
- Monitoring delivery of worldwide consignments.
To succeed, you will have:

- Strong communicator and able to build great internal and external relationships.
- Experience in International Freight Forwarding would be advantageous but not necessary - we provide excellent training!
- A can-do attitude.
